Leadership Unconference
An unconference is an event where the participants decide how the day will unfold. The facilitator (Shona Glentworth) will manage the process to maximise the experience for everyone. One definition is :
A loosely structured conference emphasizing the informal exchange of information and ideas between participants, rather than following a conventionally structured programme of events.
“at this unconference, attendees created sessions on the spot, making for an energizing and freewheeling exchange”
Shona is keen to have conversations about leadership, in particular what leadership will look like post the pandemic, as the world moves into recovery mode and begins to thrive again. (read more)
As a participant in the Unconference, you will be part of the conversation, you will learn from others and add your thoughts and experience into the mix. At the end of the Unconference, the outcomes of the conversations will be collated and published in a format for sharing.
If you would like to be part of the conversations follow the registration link.
I am excited to be running this at the new TWOA site on Ngāmotu Rd. It is a lovely location with all the space we need to work.
